The jumping and stuff was great. But when it came to our party time, nothing was set up in time and the staff we had for the party was extremely rude! Rushing us out and everything. They didn't help serve the food or anything. They were absolutely no help. I will not be coming bk. The way they talk to the people there was disrespectful and I was very upset for the money we spent on the party package it was not worth it.

Excellent customer service. We had a birthday party reservation and the staff was so attentive. The kids had a blast and we hardly had to lift a finger. Thanks guys!
Great time. We played for two hours as it was so worth it. Clean family friendly atmosphere. Places for ages 6 and other looked fun for the younger set. My 8 and 12 year old had a great variety of fun with Uncle Paul. Also plenty to interest my teens but they were unavailable. Definitely coming back. Only negative was that the music was too loud for communication. (But it was good upbeat music without bad words) We didn't try the food and snacks.
