I purchased my a Trek Lexa SL road bike in October and have ridden around 750 miles. I came into the store with a lot of questions and was unsure whether to buy a road bike or a fitness bike. Both Bradley and John were extremely patient as they answered many questions and helped me figure out the best bike for my needs. Both helped me look beyond my current skill level to find a bike that would grow with me as a cyclist. The best part of the experience was the care that the staff took in making sure that I had a proper fit. I love my bike and expect to ride many more miles! Since the initial purchase, Trek has been a terrific resource for answering cycling questions and learning more about the sport. I highly recommend the store!
The two gentlemen who helped us were awesome. Unfortunately, I did not get any names. One of them really went above and beyond by helping us load the bicycle into the truck and ratchet strap it down. He also helped me figure out the best way to my next destination. They also took time to answer all my silly questions because I knew nothing about this bicycle I was buying for my son. I would recommend the Spartanburg Trek location to anyone looking to buy a top of the line bicycle.
Went in to get my sons mountain bike tuned up. Was quoted $150. WOW. Also please tell your staff to turn off there personal phone while talking with guest so that they are not tempted to take it out of there pocket and check it mid conversation. I am a school teacher trying to teach students that personal cell phones have no place in the work force.
The service was amazing. The fitting got me ready to ride a bike I knew was not only top quality, but best fit for me.
