I received a free wash from Vic Bailey Subaru after having my oil changed. I went here yesterday and was very disappointed. My front passenger floor was barely vacuumed, the top of the car is still very dirty, and the tires look like they have stripes all over them..? They also left all the floor mats in the front passenger floor board so I had to put them back, as well as the antenna (I just bring that up because I've been to several car washes and never had to do that). And I guess there is an extra charge for vacuuming the trunk, or taking the mat out and washing it. Needless to say I am glad it was free, and I'm only giving two stars because the gentleman who receives the car when you drive up was very nice and told me not to worry about taking the baby seat out, they would vacuum under it. The girl inside is very nice as well.
Friendly, fast, professional and does thorough work! Oil change service is excellent as well. I recommend the zinc wash for engine sludge. Very fare pricing. My "go to" place for wash and oil change! Thank you 'Bobs Car Wash' crew!
Usually good service; not always as responsive to customer requests as I'd appreciate. Have been there three times and asked each time for the inside of the windshield to be cleaned thoroughly for night driving. Still dirty. To be fair, exterior is always done well, and this is a busy place with generally nice staff and decent prices.
I didn't know this company did "Detail work" on vehicles until Ray Goldsmith came by to see us. Man, they do a great job on vehicles if you are just wanting to surprise your wife with having her car cleaned up "nice" or if you are getting ready to sell a vehicle and you want it to look better to help it sell faster. Very pleased!!
