Excellent company!! They worked with my schedule (a rarity in today's world) and have competitive pricing. I have an older house with a lot of problems and they did a great job fixing some dangerous switches without taking all day or leaving a big mess. I have had Mr. Electric of the Upstate perform several projects for me over the last 5 years. (Landscape lighting, camera systems, additional 220 v receptacles, ceiling fans, hot tub repair) I always felt that they gave me a good customer service and value for my money. I have referred them to my family and friends without hesitation.
Mr. Electric added a new outdoor panel to my home. Floyd and Pam are very good at what they do. We thought my home was going without electric for a couple of days, but they worked with Laurens Electric to be able to perform the work without inspection. Extremely happy with the work and the price. When I need to upgrade my outdoor lighting I plan to give them a call.
They came out to do the work and did some of what they charged me for. Charged over $1700 to run wire from power box out to inside and connect a wire inside. Was supposed to connect the breaker box but didn't, so when I got power connected I still had no power inside and having to get someone to come to connect my breaker box. Never sent me my receipt because they new they charged me for stuff they didn't do.
Excellent experience. Clean working, well priced. Have an older home with many electrical issues, they were able to fix my problems and answer all my questions. Would recommend to everyone for large or small projects. Professional and polite who really care about their customers. Overall great experience!
