The many times I've done business here has been terrible. Very rude people and unprofessional conduct. Will never deal with ups ever again.
Nice people, great service. I have shipped from here, returned items via UPS, and used the printing services. During Christmas, an item was left here for pickup because I wasn't home to sign for it....very convenient!
really? a $2.00 processing fee to tape a shipping label on a box and to put it on a UPS truck? i have a shipping label done and just dropping it off at the UPS store.. how hard is that? never again....total rip off
Perhaps UPS is more directed toward serving businesses because to simply ship out a package is outrageously overpriced. I wet here because USPS is closed on Saturday and I wanted to get a package out. After paying what I know is twice the price of USPS, I will wait until Monday next time and use USPS.
Shipped my package overnight to LA without any problems and was the cheapest company to do so with a guarantee. They were very helpful with the making sure the package was correctly made to withstand the trip.
