This company is horrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They misspelled the Word anniversary. The flowers were wilted. The ribbon was crushed . My wife called to see what happened with the flowers and before it even started The owner and employee place my wife on hold (or what they think was on hold) and are cursing and making statements about how I called 3 times and was anal about the flowers. I called once and to be honest I thought when I got off the phone "that was pretty easy". Not only do they not know how to place customers on hold, or spell anniversary, they treat customers with no respect and have a fly by night company. I am writing this review to make others aware so that you may not have the same experience. I am a manager of a fortune 50 company and can tell you I do not treat my customers this way just because they do not spend a certain amount of money or because they call with concerns of a product or service that may not be up to par.
Beautiful Flowers and always excellent service. I've been dealing with them for years, and they make beautiful arrangements and the prices are reasonable. They work hard to make their customers happy.
Best florist in Spartanburg! Designer Jill is extremely careful in her selections of fresh flowers! This florist may be a mom and pop shop, but are members of SC Florist Association as well as a Past President of the Florist Association!
My son ordered a corsage for his girlfriend to wear at the military ball. It was a beautiful arrangement and ready as promised. The staff was very polite and professional.
