It's a well-organized store, clean and we'll-stocked. They usually have everything this crafter needs. Great selection of fabrics! The staff that works in the fabric department is friendly and helpful.
They can be a little hit-or-miss in the customer service department at their point of sale. I sometimes get the worker who really doesn't want to be there, which is unfortunate.

Good selection, friendly service but very slow especially if you need fabric cut. Also things get moved to the wrong place frequently and are then under the wrong price. Twice in the last month I have purchased something only to find it had been put in the wrong spot and cost 4 times as much!
