Requested to see a different doctor within this same group. Request denied. Went to different medical group. New doctor asked for copy of records. Carolina Family sent me a bill for $16.00. Thought everything was done electronically these days. New doctor discovered my mother had cancer. Something the CFP doctor did not detect due to poor examination. It's as though the doctor doesn't want to touch you.
Very disappointed with the response, care and concern and professionalism of Dr. Smith’s nurse. I work in the service industry and it is totally unacceptable to hang up on a customer who is making the complaint with civility- as Dr Smith’s nurse deemed appropriate to do. Typically practice who will be glad to take your money but not be there when you have a legitimate need or complaint. I was given different answers from the same staff within the same office and then hung up on. I will find a physician who cares about people.
DR Edwards and staff have been more than congenial to my gf and I. That take the time to see us on short notice. Always return our phone calls. Take the time to explain to me about my medicine and answer any questions I have had until I felt satisfied. I suffer from severe ADHD and have been more than satisfied with the service I have received at Mary Black hospital. Very Helpful.

Was 10 minutes late to a dr appointment for my daughter, called them twice to tell them we was running late, they didn't answer. Arrived and dr wouldn't see us, so another did. And OUR dr walked passed us didn't speak ONE word to us. Wouldn't recommend Mary black at all.
