Have used Ellis several times with no problems. We had a lock that didn't work and they came out and said it was fixed. About 4 days later we were having the same issue. They again came out and fixed it charging me another service call fee. My manager called about the 2nd service call fee and Ellis refused to waived for adjust the fee saying we were using the wrong key. Since we use one key for 3 of our locks I am unsure how we could be using the wrong key. It would been good if they had waived or discounted the service call but they refused.

This is the only trustworthy locksmith I will ever use again. They came in the middle of the night and helped me unlock my car. I since then have used them to make spare and duplicate keys. They are quick and fast. Well groomed employees and marked vehicle. I will recommend them to everyone.
