We saw The Greatest Showman. Excellent movie in an excellent cinema!!
And to top it off, our chairs had soda residue that wasn’t wiped down.
The seats are comfortable and it's a nice atmosphere but ..it's kept VERY COLD. I have had to get up during the movie and ask for heat, which still didn't change. I overdress every time I come here and I bring a jacket. There were several people with their hoods up on their sweatshirts. I shouldn't pay for a movie, be so cold during the movie I have to get up and ask for a manager for them to do nothing. Very frustrating.
I love this place!! I'm new to the area and never have I been inside a theater with fully reclining chairs. It's a bit small which makes seating and tickets limited but that's no major problem. I tend to come during the week days when it's less crowded. Good service comfortable seating and free refills!! Overall one of my favorites on the hillcrest strip.

Prices are cheap but the staff literally check your bags and make you throw away any food in your purse. I had some old coke in my bag from the morning from my kids and the lady asked to check my bag, I tossed it. We had to wait and many many people came through with bags that were bigger than mines and she didn’t even check them. So this will be my last visit to NCG, I rather pay more for better customer service at Spartan 16.

NCG is the only movie theater that I go to! After visiting a local movie theater and ended up paying over $60 for one movie (for 2 ppl) one thing of popcorn and one drink I decided that it was not for me especially since I was so uncomfortable the entire time watching the movie! A friend suggested NCG, the seats are very soft and comfortable and recline, the theater offers specials throughout the week and their popcorn section is awesome!
