By far the worst grooming experience my dog has ever had. It looks as if the groomer cut his hair with her eyes closed. There are long strands of hair on his ears that she missed. His beard is choppy and misshapen. It makes me so upset that he looks so botched. It is infuriating that I paid $50 for such horrible service. Definitely will not be back.
By far the two worst grooming experiences of my life. I am mortified by how my extremely attractive (normally) border collie looks. We had an awful experience with this groomer a couple months ago, but thought we would give it a second chance. I just got home from work and am nearly in tears over how my dog looks. I am not certain our groomer, Becky Bursha, actually knows how a border collie is supposed to look. Or perhaps her grooming skills are just not up to a requisite skill level. Either way DO NOT BOOK an appointment with her. The issue with the cut was, despite saying we wanted just a thorough wash and a trim (as minimal as possible) she completely took the razor to our dog. There is no way to reattach hair, so for the second time we are left to wait multiple months before our dog will look normal again. She did not really understand what the client was looking for.

They have a great selection or products and fantastic DIY place to give your dog an amazing bath. They also have a fantastic groomer in the store several days per week. This was a charming little place. Lots of treats,toys, & food. They have some of the highest quality dog food, with great deals.The ladies were super sweet & personable. I plan on doing a lot of shopping here.
