Went above and beyond for me !! Thank you so much !

We are absolutely appalled by the amazing holier than thou attitude.. Our adopted daughter was in an accident at 7:30 a.m. they didn't get there until after 12 p.m. we sat in the freezing cold.. I called back 2 hours later at 930am and was told to sit in a wrecked non working car to stay warm... when the trooper finally arrived 5 hours later with no turn signals and parked on the accident scene. He could Barely crawl out of his vehicle and never even assessed the accident we knew right then this was being handled by an overweight, inexperienced, unknowledgable, Arrogant person in a position of which has no business in... I feel we are Carefully becoming 3rd world status:-/
