Constantly having problems with this postal service. For 3 months, I had a monthly subscription box delivered to my apartment and it was put in my mailbox. For some unexplainable reason, the mail carrier decided to leave my subscription box at my doorstep because my neighbor told them to. I don't understand why the mail carrier would listen to my neighbor and leave my box at the door. When I got my box, the items inside were broken. Another time the mail carrier left a note in my mailbox on a Saturday saying my package was in the apartment office. It's funny because my apartment office isn't open on Saturday. I still decided to check with my apt office and my package was not there when I went on Monday morning. Went to the main post office to find where my package was and now the carrier can't "find" my package. This is RIDICULOUS. I am not even upset that my package wasn't delivered, I am livid because no one can locate it. What's the point of having a tracking number when it doesn't serve its purpose.

Cant even get ahold of the employees by phone- only an automated voice over system. Ordered a phone and can’t even get it because lack of professionalism.

There is more than one Postal Person behind the counter. They have always been polite. They have always moved me through quickly.

The more I see of union operations, the more I hate the union. They prevent incompetent people from being fired. It is impossible to speak to a human being in the main PO in Spartanburg and the 803 customer service line. It would be nice if a non-union company took over delivery and fired everyone running/managing the current facilities.

I had a package delivered to my place of business that didnt require a signature. They didn't leave it because I wasn't present. Instead they took it back and marked adress unverified. I submitted online for redelivery after trying to contact the post office and not getting through at all. I called the 800# who informed me that they see the request for redelivery. So why the very next day when I went to track my package it was returned to sender. By the way it was the last of the product that I had ordered and was out of stock. I called the 800# back they said there was nothing they could do. I really never do reviews but I'm beyond LIVID!!!!
