Very quite and friendly neighborhood. Rent is very affordable.
At one time a nice park. Has had bad management in past. Right now looks like a Sanford and sons. Little bit of junk,cars abandoned or non running and trash all over. New managers I think are trying but think over their heads and owners that just want the money and don't care what park looks like. Such a shame too, it had the potiental to be a beautiful place.
