I have been a customer of SecurCare Self Storage for several years. Until recently, I had no problem with this business, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I am posting this PRE-review to let Matt and his employer know that I am willing to take this issue to the next level by posting a very honest review about how my account has been mishandled for the past few months. I am giving SecurCare one last opportunity to work with me to resolve this issue before I post a scathing review of this business. I certainly do not owe them this courtesy, but I'm allowing them an opportunity to make things right with a long-time once loyal customer before I voice my dissatisfaction in this public arena.
Facility is secure and clean. Manager is friendly and polite and conducts business in a professional manner. We are very pleased with SecurCare Self Storage.
