We had the best visit at Carolina Pediatric Dentistry! Everything from the office, to the staff, to Dr. Green is AMAZING! The office is beautiful, and everyone is so professional! My kids are asking when we can go back to the dentist! What a relief to know my kids now love visiting the dentist! Thank you, Dr. Green and staff!
After my child's procedure while she was stressed and crying, true colors began to show. The Staff here is very disrespectful. They were not polite or willing to even discuss. When I pointed out an issue while billing they adamantly demanded they were correct and that I pay the full amount right then or they would call the police. Long story short, more than a month later I received a check in the mail for several hundred dollars that they over billed me. My child will NEVER be back and I have warned others to stay away.
I am super picky with any medical branch that takes care of my children. Thus I go in and look to criticize everything with a fine toothed comb. I came to cpd as a new patient and have nothing but praise to sing. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The office is clean and kid friendly down to fine detail. They took care of my children the way I would myself. I would reccommend this office to anyone.
My daughter had to have her teeth cleaned at our family dentist and I had to hold her down...the next day we came to CPD to have a cavity fixed, and my daughter had no issues at all!!! She loved it!!! She loved Jamie and didn't want to leave! We are now switching dentists and driving 45 mins to go see those amazing ladies for cleanings!!!
I thought I had checked this place out. I went prior to making an appointment for my child and spoke with several people in the office.
Love this office! Great atmosphere for children, wonderful, friendly staff, and Dr. Green is awesome!
