Does anyone know why Dr. EArles and Betty closed. I was just there 2 days ago and everything seemed normal. I even made another appt. This is truly a sad situation. It took a long time to find such a good Family Primary Caregiver. It just don't make sense.
I have been seeing Betty for many years. I was there Tuesday to pick up a script. The doors were locked at 8:15. The receptionist finally came to the door and said the office was closed until further notice. She had no explanation and seemed upset. I don't know what I'll do without Betty and Sherida! Dr. Early is a wonderful doctor, HOWEVER, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I have been calling for two weeks to make and appointment and all I get is the automated answering that directs me to press a number. I leave messages and no one calls me back. I am so frustrated that I am going to change physicians.
