I accompanied a family member to their appointment with Dr. Jordan. We had to sit in the initial waiting room for 45 minutes past the appointment time. Once we got into the exam room, we had to wait another 45 minutes. My family member needed their toenails cut, and Dr. Jordan told us in an extremely rude tone that he could do it but it would "cost extra." Dr. Michael J. Jordan has to be one of the rudest and least compassionate people with whom I have ever interacted. He has no integrity.
I have had a problem with my foot for 20 + years- been to several foot doctors and they tried to fix-surgery, padding,etc-no luck. Dr Sara Jordan had my problem fixed in 6 weeks-no joke finally my foot doesn't hurt ANYMORE!!!
What I can tell you is this office is run atrociously without regard for the time of the patient. Plan your entire day. Our shortest wait ever was 1.5hrs, max 3hr, over at least 5 visits. This is not a mistake, it's a business practice, but it also shows a fundamental lack of respect for the patients. Either book appropriately or don't book. You will get surly responses if you question the wait. Office problem, not speaking about the doctors.
I am amazed at all the other reviews. Dr. Michael Jordan was nothing but nice to me every visit! He did surgery on my bunion and I have had no problems at all! He was very interactive with my son who accompanied me to every visit (we homeschool). I never waited longer than 15 minutes and that was only once. I hate that others had such a bad time.
I cannot even put into words my dismay. I first saw his wife - she is very nice. However, her husband is a horse of a different color all together (or maybe a horse's...). He is rude and even from a member of his own staff "arrogant." He flat out refused to answer my questions, made me feel stupid, and told me at one point to sit down when I attempted to look closer at my x-ray. I needed specifics about recovery time, getting back to work, etc. & he blew me off. Don't waste 2 hours of your time to be mistreated and leave feeling belittled. I would cut off my foot with a kitchen knife before I see him again.
I can't speak to the efficacy of either doctor, although I have not appreciably approved under treatment.
