I love the culture at this gym! The coaches definitely challenge you but they are truly welcoming and helpful to those of all skill levels and ages. The members are open and friendly to anyone who anyone who walks in the door and the gym has a true sense of family. It's centrally located right on the Spartanburg MBF Rail Trail so that's a big plus as well. Highly recommended.

The space is clean and the people are super friendly. Definitely don't hesitate to give it a try.
