I am handicapped and the people there were extremely helpful and I forgot my coupons and they look them up and gave me the credit for them anyway cuz they have the book.
Terrible customer service for a return with unprofessional comments from the “manager” Robert Snyder. If that’s how a “manager” treats customers I feel terrible for employees. If he hates his job that much and that miserable then find another one.

This place is laid out well ,items are clearly marked and well-organized, employees are friendly and helpful. Fast check out( unlike the Greenville location)
A guy named Bryan is and was a great help went out of his way to find stock and when they were out at their store of the tool I needed he called the Greer store and located it for me . I will be sure to recommend them and the Spartanburg store too all -god bless the guy for helpIng out and going beyond the call - need more stores like this
