I will NEVER even look in the direction of Lowe’s ever again. The want your business, but if they mess something up they are not compassionate enough to fix the wrongdoing. I’ll pray for y’all because you should know to treat your customers better, after all, we keep you in business but you’ve lost my business.
EDIT: 9 months later I came in with cash on hand to buy 2 oversized custom garage doors. Ready to spend 3-4K on these suckers and I can’t even get an employee to show up to the desk. Spent 30 minutes waiting only to be told by someone in a completely different department that no one was there who could help me.
I have never been so pissed off in my entire life. I called the store yesterday asking if they had 68 foot of the vinyl roll out flooring. They said yes they do, so I told them I would be coming the very next day to pick it up.
Went in with cash in hand to buy a miter saw but didn't see what I wanted. I tried to get an employees attention but he never even turned around as he answered. Then he walked over to the saw section and told me it looked like they were out but might have some in another store. Then another employee walked up, muttered something, and they both walk off without a saying word in the middle of the conversation.
The product we wanted was not on the rack although it was in inventory as arriving 3 weeks earlier. The employees were attentive and helpful, but after an hour and a half we left the store frustrated without what we needed to finish our project. We were too much of a bother for management to value our business?
I called on my way to get it to let them know that I was going to be picking it up and they said they would have it ready. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there for them to then tell me that they can’t cut 68 feet because it would be “hazardous” to them. Why couldn’t they tell me that from the get go? I will never be back to this Lowe’s!
I can only say good things about Adam, Chad and Jason. I arrived at 6AM with my long list and not a clue as to what I needed. They found everything, loaded my truck with a smile and sent me on my way. While I was there at least three other employee ask if they could help. I would recommend our Lowe's to everyone. Thanks guys!
If you need anything, go to Home Depot! We purchased carpet on 11/15/2017 that the guy in flooring promised was in stock. I call the following week, they said the carpet was not in stock and had to be ordered. Never mind that we are in the process of selling our home and the carpet needed to be installed prior to that!
Fast forward to customer service calls, incompetent managers and shady installers, the carpet was finally installed on December 8th. The installers altered the vinyl in the bathroom and instead of fixing it, they left it. I called Monday morning, no resolution, called Tuesday they said they would have someone call me back...still I wait.
