Availability of representatives to handle my queries/changes in policy is atrocious, and the staff is not as knowledgeable as needed to handle the customer in a timely manner. I just changed my deductible...That should have taken no more than 15-minutes of my time. It took more than 2-hours and 4 phone calls back and forth to get it implemented. The staff does not seem to understand how to expeditiously handle customers or possess the knowledge to do so. Matt Fulmer runs a three ring circus sideshow...not a legitimate business. I have a mutual policy and once I speak with the other half of it, we are moving to another representative...I still like Allstate but this guy is a bonehead.
