Just moved to South Carolina and needed to get my cars insured here. Like everyone I googled insurance companies and Compass Insurance Group popped up. I took my chance. Best company by far. Marshall Schachner is my “insurance guy”… I call him when I need info about ANY type of insurance, and when I buy, I buy with Compass Insurance. Marshall has always gotten me what I need in my price range, "cheap," but never under-insured. Compass Insurance is convenient as I am a busy person and they fit into my schedule, all the while getting me what I want (even when I was refused just a quote from several other providers) - Thought I was uninsurable, but AMAZINGLY Marshall came through, no sweat! Bought a condo and had questions about home insurance and BAM, Compass Insurance can do that too! Yes sir, ONE STOP INSURANCE …everything.
To me customer service is everything and hard to find these days...... We have our home and business policies with Auto Owners through Compass Insurance and James walked / guided us through our policies and answered all our questions with no pressure to sell us coverage we did not need. Give James and his team a try, they won't let you down.
