Amazing service! Fast, not as expensive as at the nearby places, and very high quality! I used their service 3 times: 2 times to stretch my rings one size bigger and 1 time to repair my cracked wedding ring. Very pleased! Highly recommend Diamond Couture!
I will NEVER recommend this jewelry store to ANYONE EVER! First my then boyfriend gave me diamond earrings for my birthday that had the screw on posts but they would not fit in my ears. When we took them back we were told it would take "a few days" for them to change out the posts. It took over 2 weeks. Fast forward to getting wedding rings from there. I had heirloom diamonds that I wanted to use in my band. First issue was it was prong set & not channel set like it was supposed to be. It said channel set bigger than life on the receipt. But because they are so slow, it was not ready until 2 days before the wedding and we did not have time for them to reset it. We took it back to them to have it set the way it was supposed to have been the first time when we returned from our honeymoon. It again too over 2 weeks to get it "fixed'. I was never happy with it was it seemed to thick and my engagement ring didn't sit right with it being that thick but I was told that was "how it had to be." Fast forward 5 months after getting it for the second time and I find out that the rhodium plating is ALREADY coming off. I then find out that not only is the rhodium coming off, but it is set in YELLOW gold instead of WHITE GOLD like it was supposed to be. PLUS in that same amount of time 2 of my heirloom diamonds were already loose. Needless to say we had to have the ring remade AGAIN but we did NOT us them to do the work because if they had done it correctly in the first place none of this would have been necessary.
Diamond Couture is on of "the" best jewellers in Spartanburg. They were able to fix my engagement ring when the local chain jewelers weren't. They also were able to give us a great deal on a Citizen watch. The staff is super friendly and truly want the best for their customers! Sonny will always be a part of our family!
