I've always been a fan of Helzberg Diamonds. I have several pieces that I have been given from there and know they've been taken care of. My boyfriend and I went to look at engagement rings, and we were given a Diamonds 101 "class" where we got to look at different diamonds up close and given the pros and cons of several different types of rings. Kay was very helpful in telling me about the rings I was trying on. I'm not sure what was said after I was "sent away" so she could talk to my boyfriend but I will definitely be going there for other jewelry "needs" as well.

Helzberg is awesome to work with. Stephanie was super helpful in picking out an engagement ring for my wife. She also helped us pick out wedding bands that we have been extremely happy with. Since then, everyone there has been excellent any time we've gone in to get our rings cleaned. The products are amazing, reasonably priced, and all the employees are completely upfront about the jewelry. Furthermore, they offer a fantastic lifetime care and maintenance package. I can confidently say I will only work with Helzberg for future purchases.
