Called in order around 11:30. Tracker said order left store at 11:59. I live less than two miles away from store. At 12:23 the tracker informs me my order has been delivered. No such delivery had arrived. Called store and was assured my order was soon to arrive. By 1:00 order still had not arrived and by now was over an hour old. Called store to cancel order. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Nothing. Very disappointing experience. Unlikely to use this location again.
Dominos suck big time! Get some dependable drivers! 2 hour delay on orders!? Really!? You moved closer to compete but can't compete? ..Hire new dependable drivers or shut it down, and call it a day! Stop trying to force tips! Here's a tip get it together!
Driver never came to my house and claimed to call (confirmed number with manager, he had right number), took it back and proceed to cancel my order. I even called 30 min before to check everything was okay because it has been a while since I placed it and was informed everything was good and should be there soon. The description gave of my house wasn’t even correct.
Every time I call for delivery they tell me it will be 2 hours. I understand delivery can get busy, but EVERY TIME??? I live 3 miles away. How could it possibly take 2 hours to cook a pizza! The Customer service here needs to be worked on or new employees who know how to manage time!
Took my order at 9 pm when they close at midnight. They claimed to call and cancel my order due to high volume, but they never called me, as per my phone records. Never actually called me and an hour later am without food. Never ordering from here ever again.
