This place is one if ny favorite fast food restaurants. The food is so good and the employees are friendly. The service is quick and the food is always fresh. Their pickles are delicious! I always ask for extra dill spears, and they gladly fill my bag for no extra charge. I highly recommend.
I enjoyed my food at Firehouse. I had the Engineer, smoked turkey, sautéed mushrooms, provolone cheese with lettuce,tomato, and mayo. I had a small side of chili instead of chips or a cookie with me combo. Good staff, very clean restaurant.
Took forever to get food and then such a simple sub they messed up on ordered a hook an ladder with only mayo and finally get it and get home and theres lettuce all over it! Very disappointed
Great food. A little pricey.
For starters, the chick that took our order looked like she hated her life and blames you for it. We sat down to eat and my 18 month old daughter had just a few bites of meat and then started throwing up everywhere. I've never in my life seen that much throw up come out of someone, & she's 18 months old. I immediately started cleaning up the mess while her father was making sure she didn't choke while she was still throwing up. When we looked around for an employee to offer a towel or mop or some kind of help, we noticed the 3 employees on duty standing behind the counter laughing. We left and immediately went to the hospital. About 2 hours later, I got sicker than I've ever been. I threw up all night and until 1 the next day. I don't know the reason we were sick but the way the employees acted when she was throwing up, was very uncalled for. For that reason, we will never eat there again or recommend it for anyone else.
