I always love to eat at Longhorn. Steaks are well cooked and tasty. Unfortunately, my dinner was almost room temperature by the time I received it. The coffee & the Chocolate Stampede, keep me coming back. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the establishment keeps me away more than anything. When you walk in, an odor similar to urine/body odor hits you. The table was sticky. Then, the bathrooms, urine on toilet seats & floor and garbage can overflowing, leave you feeling scuzzy.
This is a fantastic steak restaurant! It is perfect for business dinners or date night out. The servers are very attentive and the food tastes delicious. I love the Filet! It is correct in a wonderful seasoning and I've always felt it was cooked just as I requested.
The food was "FANTASTIC" the service was warm and welcoming as usual. We always have a very good experience when we go there. This place knows how to cook steak the FIRST TIME. Thank you very much!!!!!
Last night was a disaster and I’ll never be going back to Longhorn. We went there for a suprise birthday dinner and everything went totally wrong. Our waitress didn’t do anything. It took more than 15 minutes to get our bread. After we ordered our food about 20 minutes later we got our salads then right after that we got our food. All of the food was cold, we were in a time crunch and they had to remake all of our steaks. We ordered one appetizer and it came out in a timely manner but another person at our table ordered an appetizer and it came out after we were almost finished eating. The waitress didn’t refill our drinks not one time, we had to get up and get someone to come refill our drinks. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and I’ve never ever had this type of experience. It was awful and something needs to change for sure.
I don't like to bash places, s let's say that all the other Longhorn restaurants I have been to were much better. I like flavor to my meats. This place had tender well cooked flavorless meats. The fries were any normal fry and the baked potatoes were as well. Salt shakers were exercise machines gone bad. The salad was good. I will order a big salad if I go back .
