Never checked on by manager. Most watery marinara sauce I’ve ever had in my life. Waited for my waitress to fill my glass of water for over 10 minutes. With two children it also doesn’t help to wait an additional seven minutes to be asked what I want to drink when we were seated.
I love this places food, and the servers were great, but when my brother was sick he threw up. You would think they would be as quick as they could to clean it up, but it took a good ten minutes for someone to start cleaning it, and all the manager had them do was sweep up the chunks, leaving bits of food and a wet spot. This is totally unsanitary and people will be walking over this spot repeatedly before they ever clean that part of the floor again.
This place is definitely one of my favorite restaurants! The food is amazing and the customer service is great. The salad and bread sticks to go are a wonderful delight, too!
Our server, Drew did an awesome job! The food was delicious and service was outstanding. We had two plates of Eggplant Parmesan and while they tasted good, the skin on the eggplant was very tough. You had to peel that off in order to chew the eggplant. We did let our server know after the meal. Drew was very personable with all of us but especially my six year old. We will be back and we will ask for Drew.
I keep giving this Olive Garden chances thinking it'll be better, but it never is. Every time I've been, the food is bland and tasteless. Last time I went, we ordered sweet teas and it took 10 min for our waiter to get them, and when he finally brought our drinks, they were waters and not teas. It took an hour for our food to come out, and when it did, it wasn't even hot. It tasted like nothing. And the waiter kept insisting he was going to bring us more salad when we asked for breadsticks. To me, Olive Garden is the Denny's of Italian restaurants. I won't be going back to this one.
