The worst I have ever been treated customer service-wise in a very long time. Pushy, unfriendly and a total "I can't" attitude.
After checking other storage places in the area, I went with StoreSmart. Its very clean and has the best security features around. The customer service was superb and Jessica was more than helpful and willing to answer any questions I had for her. I will definitely recommend StoreSmart to my friends and family.
