I returned a one way truck rental to this location without a hitch. The employee I interacted with was super friendly and the process was quick. I was there in the evening so getting in and out wasn't a problem. I could see that being an issue at busy times and days.

I am giving my experience 5 stars, but I'd like to give them 6 or more. That morning we had been to several different rental sites with no success, we were moving on short notice. We arrived at the this location and were very pleased to see trucks everywhere. Even though it was VERY busy with customers and employees going in every direction, Karie Sims provided outstanding service and treated us like we were the only ones in the building. Her knowledge of the equipment and pricing, fees and holds was up front and straight forward. In fact all staff we encountered were courteous and polite. Upon return of the equipment, checkout was quick and easy, with no surprises. I highly recommend this location to anyone reading, and I will definitely send my friends and family. Thanks again.

I've used this location many times and have always been pleased. They accepted the trailer I rented in Atlanta without a problem. They've done some updating around the lot and it looks great. It's easy to get to with plenty of turn around room unlike some sites. Only issue is U-Haul itself which has a tendency to keep trucks well past their prime.
