If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. The store manager Phillip is extremely rude and lazy. He'd rather tell you NO and offer no service than actually work. I felt like it was a "race thing" which is unfortunate. I work in retail and I know there's a proper way to address customers and there's a way you don't. He exemplified the way you DON'T. I travel for my job and this was the closest location to me at the time... I intended to purchase a few new pairs of shoes but since I was treated so poorly, I will take my business elsewhere and recommend that no one go to this store if they want to be treated with respect. Get it together management.
Didn't have my size on 2 of the shoes I wanted. Went over to footlocker. Size 12 isn't obscure.
