Had to return and get new shoes 3 times because of defects in stitching that cause huge buldges in the ankles . Shoes must be made in China . after the third return I asked for my money back and was only offered a gift card and a prefferded customer card to get better deals next time I go back. Too bad I will not be going back. This store sucks. The people who work there are terrible and do not even deserve to have a job
Shoe prices were good but they have no respect for military members at all. My dad served in the Marines for eight years and went and fought over seas for our country and when we asked for a military discount she said she must see a military ID. Okay great well if anyone knows my father he would loose his head if it wasn't attached to his neck. He has lost his wallet on many occasions with his military ID in which has his SSN on it. So therefore he doesn't carry his military ID on him. However my dad has USMC tattooed clean across his arm and my mom as a witness goes on to say what all she had to go through while he was in the marines ! This rude disrespectful girl did nothing she could have cared less. Therefore I will not be going back to GB SHOES of Spartanburg. Maybe you should get employees who care about the people who fought for your country so they can stand there and have a right to be as disrespectful as they want! So as a result I had found multiple pairs of shoes in the store that day that I was going to return and get and GB Shoes would have got my money. You will not be getting my money because I will gladly go pay full price so I don't have to deal with your disrespectful staff who just stands at the front and does nothing to help anyone either.
