the groomers at petco is the worst place to take your dog. first off we showed up for our appointment at 9am and they didn't even schedule our appointment. they couldn't squeeze us in until 1pm. so that was a huge inconvenience. then it took almost 4 hours till we could pick him up again. when we came in our dog was givsn back to us shaking because he was so scared. the groomer said our dog was the closest to feral as he seen. which means his must of mistreated our dog because no one has ever complained about him. our dog has been boarded and we give him baths regularly and has never had an issue. i urge you not to get your dog groomed here!
Our stop for aquarium fish and supplies. Most of the fish staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the health of our tank. We've met one who didn't seem to know what he was doing. Store is clean, animals seem healthy and safe.
Took my cat Lucy and I'm.happy with her grooming experience the guy name Bill does his job and hes very nice I had to wait until he be there all week BC every time I call to take her a lady who supposly is pregnant refuse to help us BC some doctors order but beside that I'm.glad I wait it for the right person and I would not go there again if he ain't there ..I tip him he was fast very nice costumer service and professional when u call to make appointments make sure is him BC the others lady's are there for the money not BC they love what they do I give Bill a 5 I wish I could give him a 10
Great customer service, very friendly, helpful and always well stocked. We've been to several other stores but none compared to the friendly knowledgeable service we receive at Petco in Hillcrest,SC
Great staff, a great variety and amount of pet supplies, and all animals are in good conditions. The only negative I have about this place is the lack of aquariums for sale that go over 30 gallons. But overall a pretty great place
