So I call and pay for my rental car but upon arriving at the store I was told since I used a debit card instead of a credit card that I had to pass a credit check. Which I did not pass. That I will not be receiving the car. I have already paid for the car mind you I even have a confirmation number. So I had to call the reservation number and cancel it myself as the attendee would not help. After I get the reservation cancelled they tell me it will be 3-5 business days before I receive my refund. This is with out doubt the WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
