They went above and beyond to make sure experience was positive. They did not have vehicle reserved so upgraded vehicle at no cost and vehicle was being cleaned at time of pickup. Then there was an issue with one of the tires air pressure in which I dealt with. It was an inconvenience but was tolerable. Upon return they asked if there were any issues and they knew there was something so really wanted me to confess. So after explaining the issue they reduced my fee by 30% which I felt was much more than reasonable. And above all they cared about my experience and wanted me to be satisfied. Even after all this, they still have neva ride back to my destination. Thanks Enterprise.
Overall very happy with my experience renting from Enterprise. However, they need to be more up front and open about the $200 security deposit they add onto your debit card at time of pickup. This really caught me by surprise. When I asked about it, their answer was, it's in the "FINE PRINT"!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Excellent Customer Service. Clean vehicle, ready on-time. Returned after hours, customer parking is across Asheville Highway, which lengthens the process. Otherwise, very satisfied.
Excellent service. Very competent & courteous. They were very kind to accommodate my schedule that kept changing. I would definitely recommend them & look forward to renting from them in the future.
I was charged $64 extra which was added to my bill because the quote i got online was $142, also they offered to give me a compact car for intermediate at the rate $208( including the $64). I was told the reason for the $64 is because i didn’t make my reservation 24 hours before when i called budget to make reservation with a better offer, the lady that attended to me then asked me how much was the new offer i got, i told her it was $137 and she offered to bring the price down to my new offer from budget. Please go through your quote before you get scammed.
