Miles and have to go to office all the time to pay it cost u gas and u pay them for miles to office to pay them. Need to get phone payment just a update its been some time i have done took this car back to them way back how ever yes u all are so right the owner rude and has no use for black ppl at all he will just go off. If u pull up with a black person in car of his do not get past due he will call the police on u in a min this man is out of control u if he calles u and u do not pick up the phone then u are avolding him and he wants to look at the car each time u pay this is why stay a way form this place
Everytime I call the lady tell me the cars are first come first serve so to come at 8 a.m. gets there and she tells me she doesn't have any cars. But the drive way be full of cars. Definitely going to contact the BBB because they are very unprofessional and never wants to rent anyone a car. Service there is awful and had the worst experience ever.
The owner yells at customers and is completely RUDE in handle situations!!! Terrible Place!!
Starter went out on car and they stole iPhone out the car and tried to give a flip phone to replace stolen iPhone . I would never rent from them ever again will stick to honest places like Enterprise. They crooked with raggedy cars
