Great prices, products and friendly staff. It was packed today, but we were able to get out fairly easily. We sure wish they had a dedicated express check out for the times we just need a few items.
Been a customer for 8 years. Tried the other club for a year and switched back. Costco has a better selection and prices. Nice, friendly staff goes a long way too!
Did a walk thru because I am tired of the wait at Sam's club. It wasn't significantly better, but there were more than 3 registers open. Prices were comparable. Had more "take and bake" selections, and seems to cater to dual income families in that way; healthier options for those who have less time to cook. Otherwise, same as Sam's club.
Pizza was just average. Everyone always says that the pizza is so amazing. It was meh.
Other than that though Costco is awesome. Better variety than Sam's club in my opinion.
However the fact that I pay a fee just to shop at Costco does bug me, so I'm dropping my review from 4 to 3 stars.
Overall a good experience. I was disappointed with the lack of service at the optical department. After being told I'd be helped after two customers ahead of me (I thanked her and waited patiently), the associate helped two more later arrivals. I just figured she was frazzled and holiday stressed, so I went about shopping unfettered, with the plan to come back at a less busy time.
