I waited for the manager for 2 hours in the mattress department and a coworker asked another coworker were he is at and I heard he was smokeing really a manager smokeing ? And then the coworkers told me they were looking for the manager what ?!! I'm in shock. No wonder this store is going down. Jhon is the worst manager

I think this is the worst sears store ever, it looks like It was destroyed @ WWII and never recovered. Manager Appearance looks like she Just left the battlefield. Bottom line, if sears management will not do something about it, then I think the best thing would be just to close the spot and let someone else opened their business.
The customer service was unacceptable. My boyfriend were there looking to buy a mattress. A few of our friends were there to buy living room furniture. Not only was the mattresses brown from a lack of cleaning , a lady took it upon herself to follow us around. She pretty much told us that we wouldn't be able to afford such things and for us to leave. Sears will not have my money. No wonder they are dying.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. I should've looked at her name tag, but I was too frustrated at the time. My family and I were in the mall shopping and we decided to look at elipticals and Christmas decorations. It was 6:20 and we asked what time they close due to holiday hours and the people at the front told us the whole mall closes at 6, and have never opened later ever. She locked us in and told us she could open the rolldown door.... THIS WAS AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME! We had to walk into the parking lot. We walked out and saw people walking out of other stores and decided to go back in to the main enterance of the mall. We went in and EVERY store was open despite the lady's lie. NEVER SHOP AT THE SEARS IN WESTGATE MALL!!!!!
