Overall cleanliness was good. Public Bathrooms were tidy. Bar Service was polite. Parking is easy to navigate.
Beautiful and very modern hotel. We stayed here for a week while visiting family for the holidays. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exquisite. Didn't try the bar but it seemed very popular. They offered filtered water with carafes on each floor which was a nice touch. The smart tv in out room could be connected to netflix or hulu. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Went there for New Years. Nice inside the lobby area. Brightly lit and a lot of white. The employees were nice. However, very little parking.
Nice new hotel...best in Spartanburg. Very modern style and rooms. Only thing I did not like was how loud they played the music at night in the lobby and bar area. Otherwise, great service and a great experience. Located right in the downtown area, it is convenient to eating establishments.
Enjoyed being the first client to check in to this gorgeous hotel. A must stay to see and be seen while sleeping in a quiet and comfy room.
