Rooms are very nice. A little crowded with furniture, but you have everything you need. The location is excellent as you are right off Business-85. There are several restaurants on that strip and a grocery store within walking distance. Management sucks, but if you pay your rent on time you shouldn't have to see them much. These are mostly long term units that are rented by the week.
This hotel was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I stayed here November 10-12, 2017. I took pictures of the things that were wrong, (but I don't see where to add them to this review): a telephone with NO cord, a chair with cracks & duct tape, no shower curtain liner, no smoke detector, & a "squeaky" Queen size bed that was actually a day bed; that permanently "let down". But, what can you expect for $55/night? You get what you pay for!!! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD & WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!
A lot of traffic and people standing in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed like it's nothing. Never gave us our security deposit back either after having our room switched because the air didn't work in it. We were put in a room that had the screen cut on the window. Tried to say we did it even though I had took pictures of everything when we first got into the room. Pretty sure the staff just pocketed my 100.00 security deposit. Don't go here.
We stayed here 4several months&it was ok.The rooms r clean&theres no loud music or party's goin on-good 4family but not a place u wanna live in...
Best extended stay for the price 60 a night 307 a week, has counter top stove, tall fridge, big lg flat screen TV
