The homeless presence in this area is terrible. Not sure of a solution but there is trash and belongings everywhere.
If i could give this place zero stars i would. This park is a haven for drug addicts, alcoholics and homeless people. The police rarely bothers the homeless here. In the day time you will see people openly sleeping on benches or pissing in the park. At night you will see the same homeless lying on the benches under their blankets. Either way this park isn't someone you would want to be during the daylight or nighttime.
It's a good place to just sit and relax.
Small park in downtown Spartanburg in front of the only skyscraper in the town (Dennys building ) personally I go there to play Pokémon.. it's a nice place
As Spartanburg grows, this park is becoming more frequented on weekends by locals taking strolls - just know when to go; it's not the safest area at night
