Journeys has a decent selection of shoes, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I've visited the store, I have left disappointed. Employees will ignore you, attempt to force their own fashion sense on you, and then get mad if you don't like what they tell you. Heaven forbid you have to order shoes from another location, as they make a huge ordeal out of it. Unless this is the only place to get the specific shoes you want, steer clear.
