This is by far the worse veterinarian I’ve been too when we arrived we where the only ones in the wait room so after being escorted to a room n having my dogs temperature checked I was told I would be seen shortly. That turned into a hour and fifteen minutes. So when I asked how long it was going to be they said that couldn’t be determined because my dog was stable. A dog that had been throwing up blood and had only had his temperature checked by them but he was stable?? So people could just continue to come in and jump ahead of me because my dog whom had vomited blood more than twice was stable??!!! I would never return there again nor refer anyone there. They are a very unorganized, unappreciative, and unprofessional establishment!!!
My nephews dog was hit by a car. Luckily he was ok, the staff and doctor were very kind and caring. Thanks to all.
They open at 6, but apparently the vet can get there anytime they like. Twice now, we've waited OVER an hour and a half and guess why??? Because the vet wasn't there. If a place of business opens at a certain time ALL employees should be there at that time. The lady up front lied saying she told my husband the vet wasnt there when he signed in AND she never told him that. She was very rude and unapologetic. These ppl will let your dog die while you wait on the vet to actually show up to work and then charge you an arm and a leg. Geez, thanks for your urgency and care and politeness and so on...
