I must say this place definitely gets 5 stars. They kept me well informed on all of the repairs for my car. Lori was absolutely wonderful talking to, she always made a point to call me and let me know where they were in the process. Should we ever need anyone to do any repairs on our cars - we definitely will be bringing it to Caliber Collision in the future.
So now I have to take time out of my schedule to call my insurance company and take time out of my busy as he'll schedule to sort ouit a mess that Caliber started in regards to my rental as I am sure all you will hear a lies and vagueness from these people
With the stress of a dealership mess up, Caliber Collision has set the standards high. I was help quickly and professionally by Lori Burnett and her whole team. She kept me highly informed and gave me insight into things that really set the high standard. I got my car back in a ver speedy manner and i love the job they have done to it! It looks good as new! When I gave Austin a call back after I had got off work around 3pm he was very rude, he would cut me off in my sentences and I would have to ask him is he going to allow me to speak and he would state yea I guess go ahead. I asked him why I had not received any updates although why he regularly updated the rental car company and not myself and he stated that he had left a voicemail on the 18th stating something about the body shop. I told him I had received no such message and that it's convenient considering I received his two messages from yesterday and today and my phone doesn't show a call before then since the 15th at 10:49am.
We have used Calliber a few times and have been completely satisfied. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful!
He stated it doesn't matter as long as he has a written record of it, which leads me to think that they falsify their records. Even if he "dialed the wrong number (which I highly doubt)" how does not updating in 7 days qualify as keeping somebody updated?
Do yourself a favor and DON'T CHOOSE THEM!!!
Had damage repaired after the big hail storm in March 2017. The repairs looked good, but they messed up my dash while doing the work. They also took WEEKS longer than they said. They said Friday...then they said the next Friday....the the next Monday...this went on for weeks. When i tried to have the dash part replaced that that knocked off, it was like an act of congress to have anything accomplished, and with terrible communication skills from the office. If I knew how to take the dash apart, I'd fix the dang thing myself. Unreal
They are the most unprofessional garage I have ever dealt with. I decided to put my car in their shop rather than using my AAA service to town it back down to Miami where I live as they stated it would be 20 days in the estimate, but that they would be sure to keep me updated. The only updates that I received was a voicemail left of September 25th stating that my vehicle was almost ready and then one on the morning of the 26th stating it was ready.
I have not even picked up my car yet and saw it, but if everything is not perfect, you can best believe I will be having them redo it as everything has a "lifetime guarentee."
