Curtis and his team will literally go out of their way to make you happy. Because of my warped front end, they had to run out and buy a special tool to get my new radiator in! No extra charge!! Great prices and awesome service. After getting ripped of by two mechanics, I can finally recommend one in Spartanburg.
We would like to personally thank the entire staff at SpeeDee Oil Change... We were in town for a college softball tournament and our water pump went out... then the thermostat went out.... Those guys worked diligently to get us back on the road!!! I would highly recommend them to residence in the area!!! They are friendly, and hard working!!! Thanks so much for fixing our Jeep! We arrived back safe and sound in North Carolina!!!!

I used to go to Speedee in Arden, NC, but I moved in to SC and I was expecting to find the same quality in this location. How disappointing! I requested oil change, tire rotation and alignment... They don't do alignment (to me that means they do not offer same services in all locations, also means to me that they are not quite good), but anyway I wanted the oil change and tire rotation. Oil was changed, but tires we're not rotated... Not sure if they forgot it, or if they simply ignored me, or if they didn't have the service either and I didnt hear when the guy said it. Unfortunately, won't be back again.
My daughter is leaving town to attend school next week so being a prudent dad I brought her car in for its scheduled maintenance. Even though the Ford Engineers feel that the spark plugs should be changed at 90K miles the geniuses at SpeeDee said they didn't need to be changed. I asked them 3 timesto change them like the book says but they blew me off. LAZY-LAZY-LAZY. Thanks for letting me down. Looking for a new mechanic. Don't trust these guys with your children's or wife's car.
