Did a good job on my mercdes Benz looks good they have painted all my car
Run, run, run!!! They did a horrible paint job on my car. They did not paint the entire front bumper, they painted over a chipped piece of old paint on my car, they got paint on the rubber liner around my back lights, they did not completely fix the dent I asked them and paid for the to take out. Going here you literally get what you pay for. Go to Affordable Auto paint. I regret not going myself and spending a little more money.
Crappy paint job in spots. Tried to tell me it had been wrecked and that I should have disclosed there was Bondo. Um, had the car since 2000 and NEVER been wrecked. So now the door has wrinkles. But oh we'll fix it for $100+ more dollars after it cures. On top of that, they lost our truck box bolts, and then we discovered they had jammed a screwdriver under the bumper to hold it in place rather than bolting it on. And the piece de resistance was the broken tailgate. We told them you have to shut it a certain way. But instead they just shoved it to, not following the instructions we gave them and now the tailgate is stuck tight. Morgan, who has been the ONLY positive in the whole process, said if we'd get the parts (bc we could get them cheaper) they would fix it free of charge since THEY broke it. We take it up there and some guy informs us that it will now be $75 and the he proceeds to tell us we told him it was already broken and we had been kicking it to close it. Negative. We have never kicked the tailgate shut. These people take zero responsibility for THEIR mistakes, lazy work, bad attitudes and crappy job. And come on, holding the bumper together with a screwdriver....who does this????????????
This is the second truck I had painted here, and have NO complaints, both looked awesome after they finished. Good people to deal with, I will definitely go back when I need another one painted !!!!!!
Customer service is awful. Left paint all on car plastic, truck bed, left taping paper on truck. Got vehicle back 2 days after they told me it would be ready. Save time and effort and just go somewhere else.
