I was just there during this horrible storm. The employees were awesome ,quickly getting everyone to the center of the store and calming everyone who were obviously very scared! When it was over the power was out so they helped everyone get safely out to their cars. It was amazing! They really came through in a crisis!
Brighter than other Walmarts I have been to, many across the country. Parking lot has a lot of loose trash and is a High Crime area! Boiling Springs and Hillcrest are much better choice - avoid this one at night if possible.
This store has to be the worst. At 4 in the afternoon they only had 5 registers open. The store was very busy at this time. I waited in line for 20 minutes to complete my transaction while watching employees stand around talking and laughing. They should also have a few little benches around the store for the elderly to stop and rest if needed.
VERY bad treatment to their bettas. Three of the five where dead. The other two had fun rot and would soon be dead.
Dorman Centre Walmart has the rudest employees. They transfers me to the tire dept 6 times after no answer. They then kept answering the phone and transferring me without saying a word. I get a different employee and she does the same thing. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold and then the phone hung up. I called back and ask for the managers again and the phone goes silence while a wait for 13 minutes. I never spoke with a manager. This store really needs help in the customer service department.
