In and out very fast. Had an alarm battery weaken after 8 months use and they replaced it, no questions asked. If you represent a company and buy from them, they give very good discounts. It's apparent that customer service is very important to them.
Dusty was very courteous and knowledgeable. Went there to get a battery for my 07 Kia Sportage. Their battery includes a 5 yr warranty, which is 2 years more than anyone else offers. They also charged me $30 less than the next cheapest store. In addition to that, they used something to keep my stations and everything from resetting while they changed out the battery.
Had an iPhone 6 battery replaced today and service was excellent and professional. Highly recommend this store.
