Worst cell phone buying experience ever. Lied about the plan. Got a bill much higher than they quoted. Saw separate charges for things they said was included with the plan. They seemed like they really wanted to meet sales quota even if it meant being a little deceptive. And the girl was really rough with my new phone while wearing these long nails. Scared she was going to scratch up my new phone. By the way I do like t mobile, just not this particular location.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced, first they sold me two SIM cards for my smart watches and told me I couldn't set them up at the store. So I called customer service and they told me that they sold me the WRONG PLAN and SIM cards I don't need. So I went back to return the cards and the woman behind the counter wouldn't take them back then threatened to call security when I started asking her why. Terrible terrible experience.
Terrible, terrible customer service! Not trying to do any more work than they have too.
